  • Steve Yeager

    Director

    Steve Yeager is the Director of Asset Management at Jamestown..  Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Yeager served as Senior Vice President–Principal Investment Manager for Buchanan Street Partners.  Formerly with TMW Real Estate Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors for 17 years, he managed and provided direction and focus for the multi-disciplinary functions related to the entire acquisition process for those firms on a national basis.  Throughout his career, Mr. Yeager has pursued, acquired and managed over 12 million square feet of commercial real estate with a value in excess of $4 billion including retail, office, industrial and multi-use product..  Mr. Yeager is an active member in the Urban Land Institute and ULI’s Mentor Program and holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesman’s license.  He has an ABJ undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Real Estate from Georgia State University.

  • Josh Callahan

    Senior Vice President

    Josh Callahan is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  He leads the West Coast portfolio from Jamestown’s San Francisco office.  Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Callahan was a Project Manager at Wilson Meany LLC, where he worked on notable redevelopment projects including 140 New Montgomery, and the re-use of Naval Station Treasure Island.  Prior to Wilson Meany, he held development and finance roles with Community Housing Developers, a non-profit provider of low-income housing, and Catellus Development Corporation.  Mr. Callahan is a member of ULI’s local commercial council, and volunteers with the San Francisco Produce Market.  He received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

  • Shegun Holder

    Senior Vice President

    Shegun Holder is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  His focus is on office and retail assets in the New York and Boston metro areas.  Before joining the company, Mr. Holder was a Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management – US Real Estate, where he managed a $1.2 billion institutional quality real estate portfolio including office, industrial and multifamily assets across varying investment strategies throughout the Eastern and Southern regions of the US.  Prior to that, Mr. Holder worked as a real estate investment professional at Mills Corporation, the JBG Companies and the real estate portfolio practice at Arthur Andersen.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

  • John Wilson

    Senior Vice President

    John Wilson is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  Since joining the company as senior analyst in 2012, he has worked on value creation efforts across a range of retail, office and mixed-use investments with an emphasis on creative office and food-focused retail strategies.  Mr. Wilson currently serves as asset manager for Chelsea Market and Ponce City Market.  He began his real estate career as an analyst in the public institutions group at Jones Lang LaSalle in Washington, DC, and later worked as a summer associate in the real estate financing group at Goldman Sachs in New York.  Mr. Wilson is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

  • Caleb Brenneman

    Vice President

    Caleb Brenneman is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown. Before joining Jamestown, Mr. Brenneman served as a Senior Investment Consultant with Mercer evaluating private real estate funds and advising institutional clients on their real estate portfolios. Prior to Mercer, he was part of LaSalle Investment Management’s asset management team with responsibility for a $1.2 billion portfolio of value-add office and industrial properties across the US. Mr. Brenneman started his career in Washington, DC as a Development Manager with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners where he was responsible for ground-up development and repositioning of mixed-use projects throughout DC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.

  • Eric Hines

    Vice President

    Eric Hines is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  His focus is on retail assets on the east coast.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Hines was Vice President, Acquisitions for Branch Properties where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting value add grocery anchored retail product in the southeast.  Prior to that, Mr. Hines worked as an Asset Manager at LaSalle Investment Management where he was responsible for asset level strategy and performance of over $1.4 Billion of office, retail and industrial assets totaling over 2.9 Million SF.  He received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Richmond in Finance and Leadership Studies and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.

  • Brett Merrill

    Vice President

    Brett Merrill is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  Mr. Merrill joined Jamestown in 2008 as Analyst in the Asset Management Department where he focused primarily on urban office and retail.  He then joined the Acquisitions Department as Senior Analyst, and later served as Associate with a focus on the West Coast as part of the team responsible for acquiring properties valued in excess of $550 million.  Mr. Merrill is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and ULI's Young Leader Group.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

  • Remy Monteko

    Vice President

    Remy Monteko is a Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown.  Ms. Monteko’s focus is on waterfront assets in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Prior to joining Jamestown in 2015, she was a Director in the Los Angeles office of HR&A Advisors, a real estate and economic development consulting firm, where she worked on a wide variety of redevelopment projects.  Ms. Monteko is an active member of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and on the City of Alameda’s Economic Development Advisory Panel.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Master of Urban Planning from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.

  • J. Ben Gainey

    Senior Advisor / Asset Management

    J. Ben Gainey is a Senior Advisor of Jamestown.  Mr. Gainey has been a member of the Asset Management department for over 20 years, working on some of most complex mixed-use assets in Jamestown’s portfolio.  He has been focused on value creation in the following property types: urban office and retail primarily located in New York City, and suburban retail including grocery-anchored and power/lifestyle centers in major markets across the country.  Mr. Gainey previously worked for the Prudential Insurance Company of America for 15 years.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of West Florida and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
