Atlanta, GA (March 10, 2025)Jamestown, a global, design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced it acquired a minority interest in Inman Quarter, a 208,000-square-foot mixed-use residential and retail property in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. Through the transaction, Jamestown has become joint venture partner in the property with longtime owner, TriBridge Residential, a multi-family owner/operator with a portfolio of more than 6,000 units across the Southeast U.S.

Inman Quarter is located one block from Atlanta’s Eastside Beltline trail at the intersection of North Highland Avenue, Elizabeth Street, and Lake Avenue, with proximity to Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Inman Park MARTA transit station. The property includes approximately 40,000 square feet of retail, 200 residential units, and a 515-space parking deck. The retail is comprised of popular restaurants and cafes, including MF Sushi, Little Spirit, bartaco, and Beetlecat. According to data from Placer.ai, Inman Quarter attracts approximately 500,000 visitors annually.

“Inman Quarter is anchored by its great retail and prime location in one of Atlanta’s most walkable live-work-play neighborhoods,” said Matt Bronfman, CEO of Jamestown. “TriBridge is a strong multifamily operator and investor with a history of identifying great locations. We believe our vertically integrated capabilities and consumer-centric approach to real estate will complement their skillset to create new value-add opportunities for the property.”

The joint venture partnership plans to leverage Jamestown’s creative placemaking, property management, and retail leasing capabilities to enhance the common spaces, create a community events program, and improve merchandising through curated lease-up of retail vacancies.

“TriBridge is pleased to partner with Jamestown to reimagine Inman Quarter through thoughtful programming and new courtyard activation, deepening both our firms’ commitment to the neighborhood,” said Andy Green, Managing Partner of TriBridge.

In addition to Inman Quarter, Jamestown’s Atlanta portfolio includes Ponce City Market, Colony Square, Westside Provisions District, and Buckhead Village. Jamestown’s suburban Atlanta properties include Avalon (Alpharetta), The Forum Peachtree Corners (Peachtree Corners), Avenue East Cobb (Marietta), and Parkside Shops (Sandy Springs).

TriBridge Residential has been based in Atlanta for seventy years. Their most recent development, The Goat Farm, is an arts-centric district with half-million square feet of residential space, art studios, artist residencies such as Tila Studios and The Creatives Project, exhibition space, multidisciplinary venues, and the permanent home of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia.
