ATLANTA, GA – July 14, 2022 – Jamestown, a design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced Anduril Industries leased more than 180,000 square feet at Allied Studios, a three-building property situated along Hills Place at Collier Road in Atlanta’s Upper Westside. The defense technology company will invest $60 million into a new manufacturing and research facility at the property, creating more than 180 new jobs in Fulton County over the next three years.
The space, located at 1435 Hills Place, will be home to Area-I, a manufacturer of advanced unmanned aircraft systems. Anduril acquired Area-I in 2021 and the company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anduril.
