WASHINGTON,D.C., [January 28, 2025] –– Jamestown, a design-focused real estate investment and management firm, today announced it has sold its stake in the Georgetown Renaissance Portfolio, a signature retail and residential collection, to co-owner Acadia Realty Trust. The portfolio consists of more than 318,000 square feet, distributed across 22 buildings in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood and Alexandria, Virginia.
"Georgetown has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past decade, evolving into a destination for design-driven retail,” said Michael Phillips, President of Jamestown. “The Georgetown Renaissance Portfolio exemplifies this shift, having become an integral part of the neighborhood's distinctive retail ecosystem."
In addition to retail, The Georgetown Renaissance Portfolio includes boutique office spaces and apartments amid one of the most vibrant areas of the Washington, D.C. metro area.
