Keith Benator is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown. Prior to joining Jamestown, he worked at North American Properties (NAP) as Director of Capital Markets, where he focused on equity and debt capital transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and underwriting. Prior to NAP, Mr. Benator worked at CBRE in their Financial Consulting Group, providing financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial, and corporate clients, where he underwrote office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and multi-housing space. Mr. Benator is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was selected to be part of ULI Atlanta’s 2014 Center for Leadership class. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Honors from University of Georgia.
