Mark Witschorik is a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management, North America at Jamestown, as well as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. On behalf of Jamestown’s funds and separate accounts Mr. Witschorik oversees the portfolio of investments in the United States, its operating teams, strategic direction, and performance. He leads the operating teams including Asset Management, Creative & Marketing, Office Leasing and Retail Leasing, Portfolio Analytics, Property Management, and new business. Mr. Witschorik also leads the deployment of Services and separate accounts strategies and teams, including the Jamestown for Google real estate partnership. He has executed lease-up, development, and repositioning campaigns throughout the United States in multiple asset classes, including the design, entitlement, and pre-lease of 80 M Street, the first mass timber construction in Washington, D.C. Mr. Witschorik has led the execution of portfolio strategies across the United States, including value add strategies, non-core portfolio dispositions, and strategic joint ventures with Allianz and Blackstone in his prior role at Columbia Property Trust. He began his career at the J Street Companies and later Akridge, holding asset management, acquisition, development, and related roles. Mr. Witschorik is an active member of Georgetown and Ballston Business Improvement Districts in the Washington, D.C. region. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
