Rameez Munawar is the Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Regional Market Leader of Asset Management at Jamestown. MSince joining Jamestown in 2021, he has managed office, retail, and multifamily assets in Capitol Hill and Georgetown. Prior to joining Jamestown, he was an Investment Associate at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners where he was involved in oversight of sponsored investments with CalStrs/Blackrock and worked on development services for third-party institutional clients including KIPP Public Charter Schools. Prior to Jair Lynch, Mr. Munawar worked as a Senior Associate for Columbia Property Trust, where he supported the asset management team on Washington D.C., Boston, and Pittsburgh assets. Mr. Munawar is an active member of ULI. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development, both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
